Behind the naming initiative is a panel of experts who ensure that the standards of this project of the century. The jury consists of representatives from institutions involved in the repository project – from science, public administration, regional participation and communication. Together, they will select five names from the submissions, which will be put to a final public vote.

- Each person may submit multiple proposals.
- Submissions are accepted until 21.09.2025.
- The Namensforum Tiefenlager Schweiz will select five names through a moderated selection process.
- Your data will be used solely for this naming initiative and will not be shared with third parties.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the name selection. Legal recourse is excluded.
